Raman spectroscopic analysis shows that adsorbed oxygen on the surface of Te films can be remote after characterization to H2S gas,leading to changes in the film resistance,UV radiation,as well as response-recovery times. The fain sensors present a stability in sensitivity and resistance for 60 days after exposure to H2S gas which confirmstheir ability tobe applyas H2S gas sensor.
